Profile

I have over 7 years industry experience. My expertise covers nearly the entire CG Character pipeline: concept, modeling, texturing, surface sculpting, rigging, and animation. I’m known for being exceptionally artistic as well as technically savvy. I’ve certainly covered a lot of ground in the CGI world having worked in video games, television, film, and product visualization.

Experience

2007 to Present- Mercenary Arts- Owner Artist

I handle all aspects of the CG character pipe line short of final rendering and composite. This includes concept art, modeling, texturing and displacement surface sculpting, rigging, and finally animation.

2008 to Undetermined- Lumenas Animation Studios- Artist

Responsible for hyper-detailed character surface sculpting for feature film. Secondary responsibilities included hyper-detailed surface sculpting for props and modeling of characters. (project currently delayed)

Jan-Aug 2008- Sensory Sweep Studios- Technical Artist

I was responsible for building, texturing, rigging, and animating characters, modeling, texturing, and lighting levels, and helping resolve game play and engine issues when it came to the implementation art assets. We produced games for the Nintendo DS, Wii, Playstation 2, and Xbox.

Feb 2006 to Apr 2007- Sandman Studios- Artist Animator

Essentially I was the character department when I first started. I was responsible for or had a hand in all aspects of the character pipeline. While there we produced several 5-8 minutes animated shorts, TV commercials, and VFX for television shows and film.

2003 to Feb 2006- Avalanche Studios/Buena Vista Games- Artist

Primary responsibilities were animating in-game cut scenes. Other responsibilities included character and object modeling, texture painting, rigging, and game animation. I helped produce 7 published games.
